S25 E18: James Jones

On this episode of Inside the Huddle, we are joined by Green Bay legend James Jones. James breaks down the playoff mindset, explaining how the excitement levels change when everyone is playing their best football and the paychecks even out. Since this is the third time playing this opponent in one year, he says there are no surprises—Green Bay is the better team and they know exactly what plays are coming.

Ryan and James also highlight the X-factor of the game, Rashan Gary, and the importance of the "young guns" stepping up to build their confidence. James says the key to winning is starting fast, putting points on the board, and stopping the run to put the ball in Caleb Williams' hands.

We also highlight the Gruber Law Offices Play of the Game, which goes to Barryn Sorrell for his first career sack and fumble recovery.

James also looks back at the 2010 NFC Championship and his favorite memory of B.J. Raji storming into the end zone. He reflects on the "us against the world" mentality of winning on the road versus the feeling of hearing Lambeau go crazy.
